An Eternal Family

On January 27th, Todd and I went and had Spencer sealed to us in the Redlands temple. It was a beautiful day. When we arrived, my sister Julie was already there and had an adoraple white romper all picked out for him. We left Spencer with my sister and a temple worker and went and got ready for the sealing. When the temple worker brought Spencer into the sealing room and he saw us, he got a big smile on his face and looked like he was trying to get out of her lap and crawl over to us. He looked so handsome all dressed in white. He was very good. Before Spencer came into the room the Sealer told us that he saw Spencer and that he was all calm and collected. I thought it was cute because you don't think of that term being used for a ten month old.

After the sealing we took pictures and went to the Soup Plantation for lunch.

It was such a GREAT day!! We were so blessed to be a part of it - even if Sean was feeling pretty under the weather. And we're so happy that you are officially an eternal family!! :)

Ahhh! How exciting! He fits perfect with you two. I am always amazed to look back at life to see how it falls into place. Heavenly Father knew that Spencer was suppose to be in your family. Any plans for another? I have to tell you that Kristin is going through her foster parent classes to become licensed. Hopefully within two month she will be licensed. She has a cute room already set up.

We're already starting the paperwork for the next one. We had to wait until Spencer was in our house 6 months before we started again. We had already had our first meeting with the social worker and have another one scheduled for Feb. It looks like it might be a slow process.

Is Kristen doing foster adopt?
